At Bonton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unused condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
